Identified - We've identified the root cause behind the web conference recording issue, and are working to resolve the issue.

Investigating - We've encountered some issues with recording of web conferences. We are investigating the issue and will update as soon as we've identified the underlying issues. Processing of calls made through phone systems is functioning normally.
